At Bodega Valtoñar, located in Anguix (BURGOS), we offer you a winery that produces its own high-quality wine. Our winery has a production area where cleanliness is fundamental and stainless-steel machinery is used to preserve the characteristics of the wine.
Moreover, Bodega Valtoñar has an ageing room that can hold 300 barrels and 40,000 bottles. We also have a tasting room where we can analyse how our wines are evolving and ensure that we offer a level of quality that is up to market standards.
If you want to buy our wines, you can do so in the shop, where the public can purchase products at winery prices. Not to mention that you can also enjoy traditional Ribera cuisine in our dining rooms, set in an unbeatable location.
Vineyards in Anguix
You should know that Anguix is a municipality known for the number of Ribera del Duero vineyards and wineries it has. The vineyards in Anguix that we work every day are on the slopes of the Manvirgo hill, a benchmark of quality in this Designation of Origin. We have a total of 25 hectares and our professionals are fully dedicated to producing a range of wines and cavas, including Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
